Get Help

The mission of The Aliveness Project is to empower people with HIV and AIDS, and all of our services are designed to help you manage your health and improve your well-being.

The first step to empowerment is to know your HIV status. If you do not know your status, Get Tested.

The second step, for people who know they are HIV+, is to join The Aliveness Project as a member. Anyone who is HIV+ is warmly welcomed to utilize the services of The Aliveness Project, free of any charges or member dues.

  • Fill out a Membership Application. Download PDF or Download Word or call 612-824-LIFE (5433).
  • We verify your HIV status with your doctor or case manager.
  • You receive an Access Pass Card and number to present when using services. Your privacy is important to us and membership is completely confidential. Membership is free and the sign-up process is fast.

Membership and access to services at The Aliveness Project are a privilege. We expect members, staff and volunteers to behave in an appropriate manner while in our building and adhere to the Member Rules and Regulations.
